ICCKerala membership shall be open to all qualified cardiologists practicing in the state of Kerala and attached to hospitals with active Cath labs. Technicians and Cathlab nurses will be given status of associate members.

President – Will be elected by embers of the council club for one year. President wil preside over the meeting.

Secretary/ Treasurer – Shall be elected among member of a ICCK. He shall hold office for a period of 2 years. Secretary shall be responsible for carrying our directions and decisions of the Executives committees and the affairs of the ICCK as put down in the constitution.

Keep Minutes of the meeting of the council. Maintaining the register of the ICCK and periodically hold executive committee meeting in consultation with the president.

Zonal members – shall hold the office for one year, Coordinate the various activities in the respective areas and collect the data. Election to the different posts shall be made during the annual general body meeting.

General Body Meeting - Will be held with the ICCK meeting every 6 months. During the annual G.B Meeting, accounts of the society shall be discussed and finalized.

Quorums - At least 10 members should be present at the G.B meeting for conduction business session.

Conference - Council will conduct conference as per decision of G.B meeting. At lease once in 6 months in different places. Meeting will be a one day affair. Summer conference will be in the month of Feb/March and annual conference during Aug/Sept. It will be presided by the President.

Fund and Assets - Funds shall be formed of membership fee, contribution donation and grant from any person or organisation and balance amount from the conference.

Dissolution of The Council - In the event of dissolution of the council the ICCK funds and assets of the council shall not be divided among members and shall be transferred to any other registered society or institution as decided by the body.
