We have come up with an "Young Interventionalist Award" to be given in the forthcoming meeting of ICCK in August 2009.The award will include a citation and an educational grant worth INR 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand rupees only) .

Selection Criteria :-
1.	The selection will be from cases presented in ICCK meeting.
2.	The selection will be done by an independent jury appointed by the organising committee, the decision of them will be final.
3.	The age of the presenter as on August 1st 2009 must be less than 40 years.
4.	He/She has to be the Primary Operator of the case.
5.	He/She has to present the case in the meeting.
6.	Originality of the work and Innovative ideas will be given preference.
7.	No questions will be allowed from the floor during the presentation.

To allow for case submission this year for this award, we are extending the deadline for submission to this session to 10th July. This deadline is only for this award and will not apply to other cases submitted to ICCK meeting.

We are sorry that we couldn’t announce this earlier as this idea came up later. We did not want to lose giving this award this year itself. So please inform your colleagues and friends about this and encourage them to submit cases. If you want any cases which you had already submitted (for ICCK-2009) to be considered for this award, please inform us.
